Why follow the sun?

As the sun moves from sign to sign, the energy shifts.

Each sign builds upon the energy of the prior sign.

And as the sun moves through a particular area of your chart, the themes of that house take priority in your life.

You’ll notice move activity/movement in that part of your life.

Tracking the movement of the Sun is a beautiful way to learn astrology.

• You can connect more deeply with the zodiac signs as the Sun moves through and you feel the palpable energy shifts.
• You can understand the houses of your birth chart more deeply as the Sun makes those themes more present and relevant

So if connecting with your birth chart and learning astrology is high on your to-do list, this is a lovely and supportive way to learn!

What to Expect

We always start the call with a lil’ grounding. We can light our candles/incense and get settled into the space.

Then, we share about our current experience! What are we experiencing right now? What is important? What are we missing?

I’ll take us through an explanation of what the vibe of the upcoming sign’s season is all about.

We’ll explore the themes for each rising sign and how they might manifest in your life over the next 4 weeks.

Then, after briefly highlighting any other significant transits taking place that month, we’ll move into journaling!

I’ll share curated prompts in line with the astrology of the moment, and we’ll take 3-5 minutes to write on those prompts.

Then, we share! In sharing, we connect with our community and learn more. Sharing is not required but gently encouraged.

Sometimes, by sharing, you can drop a gem of wisdom that can shift someone’s life. That’s powerful stuff!
